YOU ARE OFFICIALLY INVITED!! #NOSL21: WE KEEP US SAFE BLOCK PARTY Night Out for Safety and Liberation is the night when people across the country come together to reimagine what #SafetyIs: dignity, opportunity and freedom for our communities. As the country begins to re-open, we are planning an in-person, socially distanced event where our communities can unite and heal each other from the harm too many of us experience at the hands of law enforcement. Our goal is to change the conversation about public safety to be less focused on fear, punishment, and criminalization and more focused on how we can build equity and power by investing in our communities. Join us August 3RD for #NOSL21 to reimagine a world beyond police or prisons and to celebrate the many ways we keep each other safe.
